We are proud to announce that Moviri is sponsoring the 2022 edition of Politecnico di Milano’s Sports Program.
Sport is a universal language, a sharing of values that contributes to the bond between people. It is also essential for individual well-being and a conduit to foster richer social relationships, stronger professional bonds, and more inclusive attitudes in society. This is why we support initiatives that promote casual and competitive sports such as basketball, cycling, football, running and so much more.
Moviri as a company started out more than 20 years ago at Politecnico di Milano. Many of our colleagues come from Politecnico and we have a strong relationship not only with the institution but also with its researchers, faculty, students, and graduates.
Supporting the 2022 Sports Program is only a natural progression in our relationship with Politecnico Milano.

This year’s Sports Program is truly ambitious and extends the range of activities throughout the whole year. We are very excited to partner with Politecnico di Milano to support it all:
- Polimi Spring Games: 5-on-5 soccer, 3-on-3 basketball, volleyball, padel, and athletics tournaments dedicated exclusively to students of the Politecnico di Milano, which started on March 21st, and the finals will take place on June 1st.
- PolimiRun Spring: the 10 km non-competitive and competitive run connects the two Milanese campuses of the Politecnico, from Piazza Leonardo Da Vinci to Bovisa Lambruschini.
- PolimiRide: the first bike race organized by Politecnico di Milano, will be held in September on a route around the Piacenza campus.
- Polimi Winter Championships: 5-on-5 soccer, 3-on-3 basketball, volleyball, padel, and athletics tournaments, just for students, taking place from October to December.
- PolimiRun Winter: the winter edition of the 10km run, on mixed dirt and paved route, that will take place against the beautiful scenery of Lecco next November.
PolimiRun Spring 2022 is coming up on May 29th. This flagship event with more than 10,000 participants, is dedicated to the broader Politecnico community, and is open to anyone, of any skill and fitness level. This year the route will be completely barrier-free and suitable for everyone. A fun day to crown a year full of sport!
Another good reason to participate is the partnership with the Run for the Oceans initiative by Adidas. Thanks to Run for The Oceans every kilometer you run will be a kilometer you run to help remove plastic waste from the oceans.
Companies often refer to their employees as teammates. But not everybody actually knows what it means to be part of a team or how to embody the spirit of teamwork to achieve a shared goal. We do, and we purposefully cultivate a positive workplace and culture, which help Movirians to collaborate better.
