Senior Backend Engineer – Milan

Moviri is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our Research & Development unit. You will join an elite team of distinguished experts in AI, machine learning, IT Architectures and IT performance optimization to revolutionize the way performance optimization of large production systems is performed. You will contribute to the creation of a platform that will completely automate monitoring, testing and tuning of complex IT stacks through the use of innovative technologies. Responsibilities

  • Design and build product core architecture and micro-services
  • Write clean and readable code, while prioritizing and getting things done with a high level of efficiency
  • Participate in code reviews and perform QA tasks by designing and implementing testing strategies in a cloud environment
  • Effectively collaborate with the team, provide best practices around high quality engineering
  • Constantly learn, be open to quickly master new technologies and evaluate architectural decisions
  • Improve CI/CD processes building code that is easy to test, ship and operate and improving currently used practices and tools

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as Java developer

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione del centralino e smistamento delle telefonate in entrata e in uscita
  • Gestione della reception e accoglienza di clienti, fornitori e candidati
  • Cura e supporto operativo alla gestione degli spazi condivisi (supervisione dello stato degli uffici e delle sale riunioni)
  • Supporto all’organizzazione di meeting ed eventi aziendali
  • Smistamento della posta in entrata / uscita (inclusa legalmail) ed organizzazione delle consegne tramite corriere
  • Gestione documentale: anagrafiche clienti / fornitori, contrattualistica, fotocopie, scansioni, archiviazione, invio (fax/mail) documenti

Che cosa cerchiamo

Il candidato ideale ha un diploma di scuola superiore, preferibilmente in ragioneria o perito aziendale, con esperienza pregressa nel settore segretariale e amministrativo di almeno 8-10 anni. Si richiede una forte attenzione al dettaglio, passione per il proprio lavoro, capacità di team work, autonomia operativa e partecipazione attiva ai processi di revisione e miglioramento dei servizi e delle procedure aziendali. La conoscenza della lingua inglese è indispensabile per poter operare con terze parti e uffici esteri.
